Samantha Leek instructed on behalf of members of Firearms Team in forthcoming De Menezes inquest
| 17 July 2008 - Police Performance and Conduct Regulations 2008
Members of the police and employment teams have begun to deliver training to police forces in respect of the Police Performance and Conduct Regulations 2008. Follwing wide consultation with the NPIA and police forces, training modules have been designed for: PSD and HR staffs; those undertaking misconduct meetings; those undertaking misconduct hearings; chief officers and their command team; and first-line superviors and line managers.
