Nick Wilcox has just been instructed to represent two employees of Capital Connect (previously WAGN) in the ongoing Potters Bar Inquest.  The employees each received a report from a passenger about what is known as a ‘rough ride’ over the points at Potters Bar. 

The Inquest is being conducted by Judge Michael Findlay Baker QC and is investigating the circumstances of the rail disaster which took place on May 10^th 2002.

Nick has extensive experience in representing the Police and others at Inquests and Public Inquiries.  This is the latest high profile inquest  for 5 Essex Court which currently has three members of chambers instructed in the 7/7 Inquests due to start later this year.
